Course Description

This online course has a fixed study period of 12 months, where you’d have to complete a total of 13 units of competency to attain your certificate. The units will delve into relevant areas, such as supporting independence and wellbeing, communication in health or community services, and fostering the community participation and social inclusion of people living with a disability.

Course Requirements

To achieve a CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) a total of 13 units of competency must be completed (seven core units and six elective units).

Qualification Pathway

Upon successful completion of this qualification you may continue your studies and undertake the following:

CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability

Entry Requirements

There are no education entry requirements for this qualification. Student’s must be above the age of 16 to enrol. Students under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardians’ permission to enrol.
